General Policy Haitian American Christian Leadership Association (HACLA) and Christian Sanctuary Ministries The Haitian American Christian Leadership Association (HACLA) and Christian Sanctuary Ministries are united under one mission — to serve God by serving people. As a trustworthy evangelical organization and ministry, we are guided by Christian values, honesty, compassion, and respect for all individuals. Our general policy is to provide quality services and spiritual guidance to those in need, regardless of race, nationality, gender, or social condition. We are committed to protecting the vulnerable, supporting the poor, encouraging righteousness, and helping people walk faithfully with God. We promote a culture of transparency, integrity, and accountability in all our activities. All our volunteers and members are expected to act with love, respect, and professionalism when serving others. We do not engage in political activities or discrimination of any kind. Our focus is solely on humanitarian service, community development, and the spreading of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. HACLA and Christian Sanctuary Ministries work together to uplift lives, strengthen families, and build a stronger, faith-based community both in the United States and around the world.
