Professional workflow for web, radio & TV production, multi-radio platforms, and ongoing support.

1. Services

• Website design & development (Blogger, WordPress, custom HTML/CSS)

• Basic SEO, analytics, hosting & domain management, migrations

2. Project Workflow

1. Discovery & Consultation: Client submits requirements; we schedule a call to confirm scope.
2. Proposal & Quote: We provide a written proposal with scope, timeline, deliverables, and deposit terms (typically 30–50%).
3. Design & Mockup: Wireframes and mockups; client reviews and approves; staging demo provided.
4. Development & Integration: Implement template, media players, streaming, contact forms, analytics; client testing and feedback (2–3 revisions included).
5. Finalization & Launch: Performance optimization, SSL/HTTPS, final backups, migrate to production domain.
6. Support & Maintenance: Optional packages for backups, security updates, monitoring, and reporting; emergency support per SLA.

3. Access, Login & Security

• Never send passwords in plain text. Use secure channels or password managers (1Password, LastPass).
• Provide minimum required access: hosting control panel, DNS provider, CMS admin, streaming accounts.
• After project completion, change shared passwords and enable 2FA where possible.
• We can provide a secure credential upload form on request.

4. Payment & Pricing

Payment structure typically includes a deposit (30–50%) and final payment on delivery. Methods accepted: bank transfer, PayPal, Payoneer, or agreed alternatives. Pricing varies by scope; example ranges: basic custom template from ~$80, advanced multi-radio systems quoted after requirements review.

5. Revisions & Warranty

• 2–3 rounds of revisions included; additional revisions billed hourly or per agreement.
• 30-day bug-fix warranty after launch; ongoing maintenance available under contract.

6. Ownership & Licensing

Custom templates can be created for exclusive client use. Ownership and licensing terms will be detailed in the contract. Removal of developer credit or full ownership transfer may incur additional fees.
